Coffee Cake Waffle Sticks


Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup pancake mix or a flour your like

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup cinnamon roll almond butter from Abbey's Better (you can use almond or peanut butter and add 1 tsp cinnamon spice)

  • 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder 

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Directions

  • Whisk together the coffee, sugar, and boiling hot water *you'll have to whisk for 10-15 mins unless you use a hand mixer (your arm WILL get very tired but it doubles for exercise, win win!)

  • Roll into balls

  • Chill (fridge or freezer)

  • Enjoy!
