- 1 can coconut cream (I use Cha's Organics )
- 3-4 dates (soak for 10-15 mins in hot water, then drain)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 scoops RYZE Mushroom Coffee
- Pour into popsicle mold and freeze.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes before serving.
