Adaptogenic Coffee Cake Waffle Sticks

Ingredients:


  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/4 cup pancake mix (I love Birchbender’s) or a flour you like 
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon roll almond butter from Abby’s Better (you can almond or peanut butter and add 1 tsp cinnamon spice!) 
  • 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I love Nuzest) 
  • 1 scoop of RYZE mushroom coffee 
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Toppings:


  • I drizzled coconut cream!

Directions:


  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350F. 
  • Add desired toppings.Enjoy 😊
