Adaptogenic Coffee Cake Waffle Sticks
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup pancake mix (I love Birchbender’s) or a flour you like
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup cinnamon roll almond butter from Abby’s Better (you can almond or peanut butter and add 1 tsp cinnamon spice!)
- 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I love Nuzest)
- 1 scoop of RYZE mushroom coffee
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- I drizzled coconut cream!
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
