Vanilla Coldbrew Overnight Oats


For the oats

  • ½ cup GF quick oats 
  • Dash of cinnamon 
  • 2 tsp chia seeds 
  • ¾ cup water 
  • 1 tsp sweetener (date syrup is great!) 
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract 

For the coffee

  • Middle layer: vanilla coconut yogurt 
  • Top layer: Nutsola cacao almond superfood mix 


  • Mix together oatmeal ingredients and soak overnight 
  • In the morning, prepare your coffee and pour over oats 
  • If desired, add coconut yogurt and nuts/nut butter 
  • Enjoy!
