What We're Doing

  • Ensuring all interactive elements are fully keyboard-navigable and have visible focus indicators
  • Providing meaningful alternative text for all product images, illustrations, and media
  • Maintaining color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA requirements (4.5:1 for text)
  • Designing responsive layouts that function well across screen sizes and with zoom up to 200%
  • Testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS) and other assistive technologies
  • Using semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, and ARIA labels throughout our site
  • Training our content and development teams on accessibility best practices
  • Including accessibility criteria in our design reviews and QA testing processes

We're transparent about areas where we're still improving.

While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some areas of our website may not yet be fully optimized. Known limitations may include certain third-party content or embedded tools (such as payment processors or social media integrations) that are not entirely within our control. We are actively working with our partners and vendors to address these gaps.
