Mushroom Coffee Chocolate Pancakes
For the dry ingredients
1 scoop RYZE Mushroom Coffee
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cocoa
For the wet ingredients
1 cup oat milk
1 egg
A squirt of lemon juice
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cocoa
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients together in bowl
In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients together
Add your dry ingredients to wet and combine thoroughly until you have a thick batter
Optional extra: melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil and stir in
Add pancake mix to pan on medium-low heat, and flip sides after 2-3 minutes
Drizzle melted chocolate onto your stack and top with blueberries + crushed nuts for an extra boost of superfoods
