Did you think they were actual donuts? Well, they might just be even better! This recipe from @wholesome.crumbs has us so hungry for these sweet (but healthy) treats! 

For the Apples:

  • Wash and dry 2 apples and cut 1/2 an inch thick slices
  • Cut 6 decent slices
  • I used a piping tip to make the hole in the middle (just use the back of a piping tip, the larger circular end. Place in the middle of the apple slice and press down).
  • *Omit caffeine for the perfect kids snack!

Top with a mix of peanut butter, cinnamon and Mushroom Enhanced Keto Coffee, then finished off with sprinkles of chia seeds, hemp seeds, sliced almonds, goji berries and a dark chocolate drizzle!

Choco-Chia-Shroom Pudding 

Look at this superfood-packed pudding! Can you find the secret ingredient? Thanks to Christy @nutritionrefresh for this superbly refreshing and creative recipe! 

  • 12 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder 
  • 4 tbsp no sugar added almond butter 
  • 4 tbsp RYZE Mushroom-Enhanced Keto Coffee Powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 4 packets of stevia 
  • 1 cup raspberries (or berry of choice) 
  • 4 tbsp slivered almonds (optional) 
  • 4 organic sweet leaf stevia packets (optional) 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Gather four medium glass containers with lids (I use Tupperware) 
  • Add 3 tbsp of chia seeds to each bowl 
  • In one bowl, add 4 tbsp of unsweetened cacao powder, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup water, 1 packet of stevia and 1 tsp cinnamon. Stir until combined, put on the lid and set aside
  • In the second bowl, add 4 tbsp of the RYZE coffee powder, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup water and 1 packet of stevia. Stir until combined, put on the lid and set aside
  • Add 4 tbsp almond butter to a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 30 seconds.

  • In the third bowl, add melted almond butter, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup water and 1 packet of stevia. Stir until combined, put on the lid and set aside. 
  • In the last bowl, add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup water, and 1 packet of stevia. Stir until combine, put on the lid and set aside. 
  • Store all of the bowls in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Once the chia seeds have completely absorbed the liquid, remove from the fridge and assemble the parfaits. 
  • Start with the chocolate pudding on the bottom, followed by the coffee layer, almond butter layer and plain layer. Top with fresh berries and sprinkle with slivered almonds or a nut of your choice. 


Nothing gets us in the summer mood more than popsicles. And @naturally.ray has outdone herself with these coffee coconut popsicles. So, dust off those popsicle molds and have some summer fun with these cold treats! 

  • 1 can coconut cream (I use Cha's Organics )
  • 3-4 dates (soak for 10-15 mins in hot water, then drain) 
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 scoops RYZE Mushroom Coffee

Pour into popsicle mold and freeze. 
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes before serving. Enjoy!


How crazy good to these look!? Perfect as a dessert or midday snack, these adaptogenic coffee cake sticks include RYZE mushroom coffee for an energy, focus, and happiness boost! Thanks to Madeline from @madelines_cookbook for one of our all time favorite RYZE recipes! 

  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/4 cup pancake mix (I love Birchbender’s) or a flour you like
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon roll almond butter from Abby’s Better (you can almond or peanut butter and add 1 tsp cinnamon spice!)
  • 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I love Nuzest)
  • 1 scoop of RYZE mushroom coffee 
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar


  • I drizzled coconut cream over! 


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. 
  2. Bake for 20 minutes at 350F. 
  3. Add desired toppings. 
  4. Enjoy 😊


Everything you could ever want is rolled up into these magic balls by @thesprinkledsprout. Katrina's nutrient dense nibbles are so simple to make and we can attest, you will not finding anything tastier on the planet. Perfect for a midday power snack, this one is a winner.

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup packed dates
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 2 tbsp flaxmeal
  • 1/4  tsp peppermint oil
  • 2 tbsp RYZE Mushroom Coffee powder 
  • 2 tbsp nut butter 
  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt 

Pulse everything together in food processor until it resembles crumbles *if needed add 1/2 tbsp at a time of almond milk or water to help bind together and pulse again
Roll into balls
Prepare for magic~


From the beginning, Alexis from the @thehealthyavo captured our hearts with this one. It's simple, tasty, and fabulous. Try it out and look forward to sipping magic!

  • ½ cup of water 
  • 1 cup of almond milk 
  • 1 scoop of RYZE Mushroom Coffee powder 
  • Add in ½ a date, cinnamon, and collagen powder 

Blend for a few seconds and pour
Top with extra cinnamon 

Vanilla Coldbrew Overnight Oats

Our ideal day involves a slow morning, 10 minutes of meditation and a jar of these overnight oats for breakfast. Thanks to Madeline from @madelines_cookbook for one of our all time favorite RYZE creations! 

For the oatmeal:

  • ½ cup GF quick oats 
  • Dash of cinnamon 
  • 2 tsp chia seeds 
  • ¾ cup water 
  • 1 tsp sweetener (date syrup is awesome!) 
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract 

For the coffee:


  • Middle layer: vanilla coconut yogurt 
  • Top layer: Nutsola cacao almond superfood mix 


  1. Mix together oatmeal ingredients and soak overnight 
  2. In the morning, prepare your coffee and pour over oats 
  3. If desired, add coconut yogurt and nuts/nut butter 
  4. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Peanut butter iced latte

A Cinnamon Peanut Butter Iced RYZE Latte is what we’ve all been missing in our lives. Thanks to Liz from @yourekaleingmesmalls for this new (highly addictive) recipe!

Blend together 
Pour over ice and add cinnamon on top 

Vanilla coffee date scones

Easily one of the most creative recipes our RYZE coffee has starred in, these scones from @chelsea.guedes are something special. So get your bake on and have fun!!

In a large bowl mix:

  • 1 ¾ cup of 1-1 gluten free blend (bobs red mill) 
  • ¼ cup bobs red mill tapioca flour 
  • 2 tbsp baking powder 
  • ½ tsp baking soda 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 3 tbsp cardamom 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 2 tbsp RYZE Mushroom Coffee 
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil 
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla bean ghee 
  • ¼ cup maple syrup 
  • 6 dates chopped 
  • ¾ cup coconut milk  

Mix all ingredients into a thick dough. 
Place on a tray with parchment paper and roll dough out into a large circle. 
Bake at 350 for 18-20 mins 

Simple Mushroom Latte

We like our RYZE pretty much straight, and so do Britt and Ash from @twinskitchen. They have a wonderfully simple and awesome preparation of their morning cup of RYZE. 

Stir in water.

Mushroom collagen latte

Look younger by the minute thanks to beauty elixirs like collagen and shiitake mushroom in here. Definitely one of our favorites, this simple latte from @livelife_ontheveg is the perfect way to start the morning or sip as a cozy afternoon pick-me-up.

  • 1 scoop of RYZE Mushroom Coffee powder 
  • Stir into hot water 
  • Add collagen
  • Almond milk
  • Cinnamon sprinkled on top 


These babies got it all. Healthy dose of protein, insanely tasty, and so easy to make. Check it out below from @chelsea.guedes

  • 1/3 cup cashews 
  • 1/3 cup almonds 
  • 1/3 cup nut butter 
  • 1 tbsp RYZE Mushroom Coffee 
  • Salt + cinnamon 
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp almond flour 
  •  3 tbsp almond milk 

Pulse cashews and almonds until chopped and then add all other ingredients, saving the milk for last (add more if it’s too dry), pulse until a dough is formed and roll into balls. 
Refrigerate and ta-da!

Cherry Smoothie

Warmer weather is around the corner and we cannot wait to incorporate more smoothies. First one on the list? This delicious recipe that Natalie from @eatclean_withnat created. 

  • Add a ton of frozen cherries & mixed berries to blender 
  • Almond milk
  • 1 scoop of RYZE Mushroom Coffee powder 
  • Blend on high and pour into a glass
  • Top with coconut flakes!  

chocolate banana Coffee smoothie

Couldn't think of a better combo than this one. Jess from @blendinoverbackwards always has the most incredible smoothies, filled with adaptogens, and we're currently obsessed with this recipe. 

  • 1 cup plant-based milk 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 
  • 1 scoop RYZE Mushroom Coffee  
  • 1 scoop collagen 
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 
  • ½ tsp maca powder 
  • ¼ tsp lucuma powder 
  • A drizzle of honey and pinch of Himalayan pink salt  

Blend together on high. Transfer to glass and enjoy!

Salted Caramel Coffee smoothie

Caramel and coffee are meant to be together, don't you think? Holland from @hollsysmith126 made these incredible smoothies and we're in love with the Salted Caramel Coffee recipe below!  

  • 1.5 cups cold RYZE Mushroom Coffee powder 
  • 4 dates 
  • 1 tbsp tahini 
  • 1 tsp maca powder 
  • 1 tsp mesquite powder 
  • Pinch of pink salt 
  • Sweetener of choice (caramel syrup)   

cinnamon dolce latte

One of our all time faves, it seems to be a theme that RYZE and cinnamon are friends. This latte proves that to the max. Check out Lindsay's awesome recipe from @wellnensswithlinds. We can't get enough of it.   

  • 1 cup of RYZE Mushroom Coffee powder 
  • ¼ cup condensed milk 
  • ¼ cup almond milk 
  • 1 tsp natural maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 scoop of collagen 
  • 1 tsp vanilla   

Make a cup of mushroom coffee first. Blend all the other ingredients in a blender then pour over coffee and enjoy! 


Mushroom coffee mocha is unique but it makes the perfect sweet combination for a tasty treat. Energy boosting, high in antioxidants, great for digestion, and even better for focus and the mind, now your dessert can be good for you too. Thanks to @stelleandcobakes for this incredible recipe!

Chocolate Crust:

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour (or omit coconut and use 2 cups almond flour) 
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour 
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder 
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Mocha Filling:

  • 1 cup coconut cream 
  • 1/4 cup date nectar
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar 
  • 2 tbsp RYZE Mushroom Coffee 
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder 
  • 2 tbsp refined coconut oil 
  • Sea salt to sprinkle on top


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, form the crust mixture by stirring the flours, then he melted coconut oil and maple syrup to form crust. Press crust into the bottom of 1 large nonstick tart pan or 6 tartlet pans. Poke holes in the crust with a fork, then bake for 10-12 minutes, or light golden brown around the edges. 
  2. Prepare filling by stirring coconut cream, date nectar, coconut sugar, cacao and espresso powder. Then stir in the coconut oil. 
  3. When crust is done, let cool for several minutes before pouring the filling inside each tart crust. Sprinkle sea salt on top! 
  4. Let filling set in fridge for an hour or two before enjoying tarts.
  5. Top with coconut whip cream if desired.

Yields: 6 Mini Tarts, or 1 large tart 
Prep Time: 15 minutes 
Bake Time: 10-12 Minutes 
Chill Time: 1 hour

  • 1.5 frozen banana 
  • 1 cup oat milk 
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter 
  • 1 date or 2 tsp date sugar 
  • Cinnamon 
  • 1 scoop RYZE Mushroom Coffee 

Blend all ingredients together on high and transfer to glass and enjoy!
