Vanilla Coldbrew Oats
For the oats
1/2 cup GF quick oats
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
3/4 cup water
1 tsp sweetener (date syrup is great!)
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
For the coffee
1 tbsp water to mix
For the layers
Middle layer: vanilla coconut yogurt
Top layer: Nutsola cacao almond superfood mix
Mix together oatmeal ingredients and soak overnight
In the morning, prepare your coffee and pour over oats
If desired, add coconut yogurt and nuts/nut butter
