Energized without the jitters
I started to develop crippling headaches from drinking coffee. I was looking for coffee substitutes and found Ryze. I started taking Ryze in December, and really love it. The taste is not offensive (as some other mushroom powders), and it dissolves well (unlike other mushroom powders). I used to take mushroom powders but had to stop bc of the taste and the fact it was hard to dissolve. My recipe for Ryze is: 5 oz boiling water, 1 Tbsp of ryze, 1 teaspoon raw sugar, 5 oz hot milk, add cocoa or cappuccino powder or a little bit of instant coffee, which does not give me a headache. It's great! I'm very happy!

The mushroom coffee, for me, does great. already I'm sleeping better from 4-6 hours to 7+ and my rem and deep sleep has greatly improved.
