I’m not a coffee drinker. Taste aline is fine just a little different than coffee. I add just a drop or french vanilla or caramel creamer and that’s all I need. I’ve tried sugar free syrups but that was too sweet. I do believe that it’s helped with bloating and brain fog in the first two weeks. I also have cut way back to bone or little diet soda daily (was at 3-4 cans a day) so that may have helped also. I don’t weigh myself, I go by how my clothes fit and how I feel so I’m not sure if I’ve lost any weight. But I am way less bloated.
