Energy in a cup

My Bride and I are both doing 2 cups a day , we both have experienced a better bath room experience, and some increased levels of energy, we are both 70 and a little xtra energy is good for us , we never just sit and are always on the go or.doing home and farm projects, we are only 9 days into it but are enjoying our Ryze in the morning.
