Part of my new relaxation ritual

Creamy and just slightly sweet. I brought it with me for a weekend personal retreat. I brewed it both morning and evening as part of my reading and meditation ritual. I had previously used a brand of coffee substitute containing reishi mushrooms and the taste was more bitter in one type and a lot of sugar in another type. Thank you!

Better than coffee ☕️

I Love the RYZE Mushroom coffee. I like that I can sleep at night. I don't have to drink as much as I did with coffee plus I don't have the jitters. I add date syrup for my sweetener off and on. It smells so good my dog wants some too. But I don't share my new found drink.
