Burnt Orange Latte
Ingredients
- 1 heaping tablespoon Ryze Mushroom Coffee
- 2 tablespoons orange syrup*
- 4 oz boiling water
- 4 oz steamed milk of your choice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, and whisk until sugar is melted.
- Pour in a glass jar, and keep in the refrigerator for up to a month.
- Makes enough for several coffees.

Mushroom Coffee Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 scoop of RYZE Mushroom Coffee
- 4 tbsp of oat milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Add mashed bananas to a bowl, plus 2 tbsp sugar, 1 scoop of RYZE coffee mixed with 4 tbsp of oat milk, cinnamon, vanilla
- Give it a quick stir
- Add in 1 cup flour and give it another quick stir
- Add in baking soda and baking powder
- Mix together until combined
- Preheat your oven to 400 F
- Add nonstick liners to your muffin tin
- Spoon in your muffin mix
- Bake in oven for 5 minutes, then decrease temperature to 350 F and bake for another 12-15 minutes
- Let them cool and enjoy!

White Chocolate Mushroom Frappe
Ingredients
- 1/2 block of white cooking chocolate
- 1 tbsp of RYZE Mushroom Coffee
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup oat milk
- Coconut whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings and cinnamon stick for decoration
Directions
- Melt down block of white chocolate
- Add 1 tbsp hot water
- Mix together
- Add scoop of RYZE powder
- Pour your mixture into a bowl
- Mix together thoroughly with spoon or mini electric frother
- Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- Add 1 cup of oat milk
- Mix together
- Top with coconut whipped cream
- Sprinkle shaved chocolate on top!

S'mores Mushroom Coffee Milkshake
Ingredients
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup oat milk mixed with 1 scoop of RYZE Mushroom Coffee
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together thoroughly
- Add melted chocolate and Nutella to your glass
- Pour the milkshake
- Top with some extra marshmallows
- Enjoy!!

Mushroom Coffee Brownie Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp of RYZE Mushroom Coffee
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Sprinkle of salt
Directions
- Add sugar and melted butter together in a bowl and whisk together.
- Then add egg and vanilla paste and 1/3 cup cocoa powder and mix together
- Sift in flour, mushroom coffee, baking powder, a sprinkle of salt, and mix together
- Add chocolate chips
- Add cookie dough to a baking sheet
- Preheat oven to 350 F and bake cookies for 10 0minutes
- Once cookies have cooled, dip them in melted chocolate
- Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top
- Enjoy warm with a glass of milk!

Mushroom Coffee Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 scoop of RYZE Mushroom Coffee
Directions
- Add flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla, and whisk together
- Add oat milk (or any milk of your choice) and give it a stir
- Mix 1 scoop of RYZE mushroom coffee with 1/4 cup oat milk, and add to batter. Mix until smooth
- Add your pancake mix to a pan over medium heat, and form your desired pancake shapes using the back of a spoon
- Flip when bubbles form. Plate and enjoy!

RYZE is a ready to drink beverage. Stir it into 8-10 oz. of hot water or use a mini-frother to make it extra foamy and frothy! Nut and non-dairy milks blend very nicely for an even creamier texture (although it's plenty creamy already due to the MCT). Add natural sweeteners to taste.
