Mushroom Coffee Breakfast Muffins


  • 3 mashed bananas

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 4 tbsp of oat milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • Add mashed bananas to a bowl, plus 2 tbsp sugar, 1 scoop of RYZE coffee mixed with 4 tbsp of oat milk, cinnamon, vanilla

  • Give it a quick stir

  • Add in 1 cup flour and give it another quick stir

  • Add in baking soda and baking powder

  • Mix together until combined

  • Preheat your oven to 400 F

  • Add nonstick liners to your muffin tin

  • Spoon in your muffin mix

  • Bake in oven for 5 minutes, then decrease temperature to 350 F and bake for another 12-15 minutes

  • Let them cool and enjoy!
