Mushroom Coffee Oatmeal


Ingredients

  • Add 1.5 cups almond milk to a saucepan

  • 1 tbsp crushed flax seed

  • 2/3 cup oats

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Drizzle of maple syrup

  • For toppings: shaved chocolate, hazelnuts, cacao nibs, puffed quinoa

Directions

  • Add all ingredients together into a saucepan 

  • Heat on stove on medium heat until it has reached desired consistency

  • Then add salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup

  • Stir and put back on stove under low heat for 2 minutes

  • Put your oatmeal into a large shallow bowl

  • Optional: Add 1/2 cup almond milk to cool it down

  • Top with shaved chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, cacao nibs, and puffed quinoa
