Mushroom Coffee Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2-3 pitted dates

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/3 cup ice cubes

  • Splash of almond milk


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together

  • Pour smoothie into a bowl

  • Top with granola, dried fruit, sliced apples, chopped nuts, cacao nibs, smooth nut butter, and enjoy!
