In any company, it's not always the quality of the product offered, as much as it is the Customer Service received and the people who represent that product or service. Recently, My Wife & I tried Ryze for the first time via purchasing a single bag and loved it, only to find out we unknowingly bought into a Subscription that was out of our budget to continue, so we had to cancel. From that point on, we kept looking for various sales & promotions through Ryze but were confused as to the significant differences in one time pricing to the Subscriber prices. That began a long string of emails to ask questions, clarify pricing and that put us in touch w/a Mr. Alex Crusoe from Ryze. I don't normally single out a CSR in a company, But Alex answered every question I had, was patient, courteous and informative in his answers back to me and was always timely in his responses. He not only knew his product very well but informed me of the different options to become a Subscriber that would achieve the best value for us, since we're both Retired and on a fixed income. That relationship that began between us was so cordial and Professional on Alex's part that we decided to not only order the Ritual Set to get started but chose the Subscriber option for us - mainly because of Alex's excellent Customer Service!
