Turmeric Mushroom Latte


  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 banana

  • Sweetener of choice (like vanilla simple syrup)


  • Combine all ingredients into a blender

  • Blend well

  • Pour into glass and enjoy!

  • Add a sweetener of your choice

  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top
