New to this...
Jumped on the mushrooms wagon with Ryze and it's been about two weeks since I've replaced my morning two cups of coffee with two cups of Ryze.
So far I'd be lying if I said I've notice a huge difference, but I kind of feel like my energy levels are more sustained throughout the day with no jitters or crashes.
As of taste, I've dtched sugar a few months ago and I actually add a few grams of Celtic salt to it and it actually doesn't taste bad at all.
Overall I feel I want to continue giving this a shot for a few months and see if the benefits become more evident. I would recommend anyone to give it a try!
