RYZE Portal FAQS

When will I be able to make changes to my subscription?

We expect to have the portal up and running on Monday, May 20th. Our team is hard at work making all necessary changes before then. When you are able to get into your account, you will see a login screen instead of this message.

What if I have an urgent matter?

If your subscription is renewing during the next week (5/14-5/20) and you would like to make changes, please reach out to alex@ryzesuperfoods.com. We will respond as soon as we can.

How long will it take to hear back from RYZE customer service?

We hope to answer all requests in 5-7 business days. If your subscription renews during this week, we will respond as soon as we can within 24-48 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are excited to get the portal up and running so you can make changes to your RYZE ritual whenever you please.
