Plenty of ice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
1 tbsp monk fruit vanilla simple syrup (sugar free)
a splash of latte protein shake
lots of cinnamon
Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy
Pour into a tall glass and top with lots and lots of cinnamon
