I was HIGHLY skeptical, but very curious.
The 1st cup was different...even with the Ryze creamer, so I tried adding an organic hazelnut creamer and BAZINGA! I tried 2 cups the first couple days and it for me, was too much, too soon. I went to 1 cup per day for the first 2 weeks and with no coffee. I had zero caffeine withdrawal headaches or cravings. I am up to 2 cups and my clarity and focus is sharp and I really do sleep better now. Thank you Ryze. Not only a great product, but the benefits are even better. Now...I just need to get my hands on that cute lil mushroom in the form of a plushie!

Awesome coffee
